The program teaches your team how to confidently handle new patient calls, insurance questions, price objections, and emergency situations — turning more calls into booked appointments. We offer live open office hours throughout the week instead of a single scheduled call. Your team can join at a time that works for them to ask questions, practice real scenarios, and learn from others. Sessions are not recorded, so we recommend choosing a consistent time each week to get the most value. You can view available times in the community events calendar.

In addition, your team has access to a community where they can ask questions, share experiences, and get support at any time between sessions.


This program is for anyone who answers phones at a healthcare office, including: Front desk receptionists, Office managers, Treatment coordinators, Dental assistants or who handle phone duties. Anyone in general dentistry or specialty practices (ortho, perio, oral surgery, etc.). No prior experience required—this works for brand new receptionists and experienced staff alike.

Pricing is based on the number of team members you enroll. It’s $299 per person, with volume discounts available for larger teams. We recommend you start with two seats and use code TEAM to receive the second seat at no additional cost. This also gives you access to the team dashboard, where you can assign seats, track progress, and add more team members as your practice grows.. Once you’re set up, you can add more team members at any time as your practice grows.

Each enrollment includes step-by-step phone training based on a proven framework, AI patient roleplay to practice real conversations, live coaching and office hours for feedback and support, and access to a community where your team can ask questions and stay engaged. Each team member receives 60 days of access starting when they are enrolled.

Your team can get started immediately after purchase. Once you assign seats, each team member will receive access and can begin training right away. Live coaching and office hours are available throughout the week, so your team can join at times that fit their schedule.

Most teams begin seeing improvement within 30 days. The program is designed to fit into your schedule and can be completed at your own pace within the access period.

Plan for approximately 2 hours per week per team member: Video lessons and AI roleplay practice completed at their own pace Live open office hours held throughout the week with our phone coach — drop in with questions, work through real scenarios, and learn alongside peers Office hours are live only and not recorded, so we encourage your team to find a time that works for them and show up consistently. It's one of the most valuable parts of the program. The program is designed to fit around a busy front desk schedule — not disrupt it.

Purchasing 2 or more seats allows you to manage your team from within your dashboard, including assigning users, tracking progress, and adding more team members in the future.

If you purchase only 1 seat, this team management functionality is not available and cannot be added later. For this reason, we strongly recommend starting with at least 2 seats and using the TEAM code at checkout.
