FAQ

  • Can I pause the program?

Yes! If you need to pause due to personal circumstances, you can request a pause for up to 1 year. Simply email us in writing—no reason needed. Your 120-day access clock will stop and resume when you're ready to return.

  • What is your refund policy?

Days 1-7: Full refund (100%) Days 8-15: 50% refund After Day 15: No refund All refunds are processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method.

  • Can I get a refund if I just "don't have time"?

After the 7-day full refund period, we do not offer refunds for lack of time. However, you can: Pause your program for up to 1 year or Switch from structured to self-study to work at your own pace or Extend your access for $50/month if you need more than 120 days. We've built flexibility into the program specifically for busy professionals.

  • What happens if an employee leaves mid-program?

If you're a practice owner and your employee leaves during the 120-day program, you can transfer their seat to a new employee at no additional cost. How it works: Email us to request a seat transfer. We'll enroll your new employee the very next business day. New employee joins the next scheduled cohort coaching call. New employee starts from Lesson 1

  • Is there a time limit on seat transfers?

The seat transfer must be requested within the original 120-day access period. After that, the seat expires.

  • How do I pay?

Payment is $1,899 upfront at the time of enrollment. We do not currently offer payment plans. You pay upfront and then we will email you to get student information to get them enrolled, if it is not you.

  • Can individuals enroll, or does my employer have to pay?

Both! Individuals can enroll and pay for themselves, or employers/practices can pay for their staff. Most enrollments at this price point are employer-paid, but self-enrollment is welcome.
