Yes. You can pause your program for up to 6 months if the request is made within the first 30 days of enrollment. This gives your team flexibility to step away and return when the timing works better without losing access.

We understand schedules can get busy. Refunds are available within the first 7 days (full refund) and up to 15 days (partial refund). After that, we do not offer refunds due to lack of time. However, we’ve built flexibility into the program—you can pause your access (within the allowed timeframe), switch to self-study, or extend your access if needed.
If an employee leaves during the program, you can transfer their seat to a new team member at no additional cost. Simply contact us to request the transfer, and we’ll enroll the new employee so they can begin from Lesson 1. Seat transfers must be requested within the original 60-day access period, after which the seat will expire.

Pricing is based on the number of team members you enroll. It’s $299 per person, with volume discounts available for larger teams. We recommend starting with two seats and using code TEAM to receive the second seat at no additional cost. This also gives you access to the team dashboard, where you can assign seats, track progress, and add more team members as your practice grows.
Both! Individuals can enroll and pay for themselves, or employers/practices can pay for their staff. Most enrollments at this price point are employer-paid, but self-enrollment is welcome.
When the employee is enrolled, they have 60 days access to complete the course. The goal is to try to get them to complete in 30 days.
