  • How long does it take to complete?

    The program is designed to be completed in 30 days following a structured weekly schedule. All plans include 60 days of full access so your team can revisit lessons and continue their AI roleplay practice after completing the program.

  • What is the time commitment?

    Plan for approximately 2 hours per week per team member: Video lessons and AI roleplay practice completed at their own pace Live open office hours held throughout the week with our phone coach — drop in with questions, work through real scenarios, and learn alongside peers Office hours are live only and not recorded, so we encourage your team to find a time that works for them and show up consistently. It's one of the most valuable parts of the program. The program is designed to fit around a busy front desk schedule — not disrupt it.

  • What are the coaching calls?

    Instead of a single weekly call, we offer live open office hours throughout the week with our phone coach. Your team can drop in at a time that works for them, ask questions, practice real scenarios, and learn from what other participants are working through. Office hours are live only — they are not recorded. We strongly encourage your team to find a consistent time to attend each week to get the most out of the program.

  • What if I miss a live coaching call?

    We offer multiple office hours sessions throughout the week so your team has flexibility to find a time that fits their schedule.
